I just had a look at the prototype exhaust for the falcon 250 from Throttle exhaust. It looks and sounds awesome.
I even had a chance to ride it around. I was blown away by the improvement in power and smooth throttle response! Needless to say I ordered one then and there. If any one is interested you should call the off road outlet at 714-744-2887. I only paid about $250 for the header and silencer combinded. They also had prototype pipes there for the 90,110,and 150. I rode the 110 and it sounded super mean but I don't own a 110 so I didn't really have anything to compare it to.
I will post some pics as soon as I have a chance.

considering the normal cost of most exhaust systems for some of the bikes that I have owned in the past I don't mind paying $250 bucks for a full exhaust system. Considering I just spent about $850 for my crf450r's carbon pro full system 250 didn't feel like too much. I would guess it adds about 2 exrtra horsepower but considering that the things are only rated at 15 or something like that i could totaly tell the difference. More importantly than horse power was the top-end response I experianced. It was much more than expected. Not to mention how mean it sounds with the new exhaust.
Almost forgot, the pipe has a one year warranty.
