Default 06 Predator 90 speed control

I read the owners manual and it said there is supposed to be a jumper on the cdi from one screw to another to electronically control the speed. I took my cdi off and and it dosent look like there is any connection between the two screws. Does anybody know what i should be looking for? Is it a piece of metal or a wire or what. This is a brand new machine but the manual says the dealer cant remove it either. If anybody has a picture that would be great. I think they forgot mine which is ok i dont want it anyway, i just want to make sure its gone.

even with that piece of metal off it has a rev limiter built into the cdi. only way to totally eliminate the rev limiter is change cdi's

yeah ive been reading up on that and will be getting a pipe and K&N'S along with a new cdi box in the future but i have to wait till the warranty runs out or the after market parts will void it.
