SunL 70 Chain - Tighten - New Chain?
I have a SUNL 90 and the chain has come loose, but not so loose that I would be able to remove a link. How did you tighten the chain with out removing the link. Also can you tell me where to get a greese gun that will fit the extra small greese zerks that come on this atv?

I can't help on the grease gun...and I have a 70 and not a 90...so this may or may not be helpful. Looking at the butt of the quad, the axle is held on but 4 large bolts. Two to the left and two to the right of the center. On each side, 1 on top and 1 on bottom. I had to loosen each bolt. Then you'll notice on the 70's there is a "eye-hook" bolt attached to the two lower bolts. If you tighten the nuts on the eye-hooks, it draws the axle back. Be very careful though as through all of this you risk mis-aligning your sprockets. I can email you a photo of my rear (my quad's rear) if that will help you.

The problems you are describing sound like what happened on my 50 & 90 when there was too much engine movement. The mounts have been improved on the later models but on mine, the engine mount is a rubber block above the engine and it allows too much movement when you hit the gas, especially with heavier riders. As the front of the engine goes down, the chain gets loser until it eventually comes off. It's easy to spot if you have this problem. Put your feet on the ground and hold the ATV in place while you give it some gas. If you see lots of movement in the front of the engine, that's your problem.
I added front engine braces to both of mine and the problem was immediately solved although it's been hard to find a front brace that holds up. The one that Redcat has lasted about a month. Used part of it to make my 2nd generation which has lasted pretty good. Also, this front brace causes more vibration to the frame and handlebars since there's no rubber mounts on it.

Here's a picture someone else sent me of the Redcat bracket. I don't know if you can still get it from them but obviously you could make this pretty easily. The clamp that goes around the frame was too thin and quickly broke, so I replaced it with a heavier U bolt and plate.

SunL 70 Chain - Tighten - New Chain?
I had the same problem on my 90cc sunl quad. I just took out one link.
My machine was only about 6 months old with about 40 hours on it. Couldn't figure out why the chain was already streached out all the way, but I had it all the way back. Take out one link and it put's it right back at the start of the adjustment area.
