Default Kazuma 110 or 250, reviews, comments wanted

HI, Just went and looked at the Kazuma 110 and 250 ( Raptor style models) Just wondering if anyone has one of these models. The guy told me that the 110 will hold 200lbs, thats me in a nut shell. Just want to drive on gravel roads and maybe a few small hills. until the boy gets bigger. Then I'll need something to climb tress to keep up with him. A 110 should have enough for a few yrs? YES/NO

Wondering on the reliability, problems to watch out for and anyones reviews, good, bad.

I have two of the Giovanni 50 cc quads , 1 for my 3 yr old and the other i have been driving with him. Went for a 4 hr ride Sunday and still can't stand straight.

Thanks to anyone that answers.

Have you read any of these postings? There is enough info on both sides here that will build a new tower!

Yes i have read alot of the forums. Most of the posts are hit or miss with the problems.I see you have 250 and hows it been for you?

I guess what I'm asking for is what size should i have to properly haul a 200lb guy around to minimize my bike problems. THANKS J.R.

The Dingo 150 seems to be a well made bike? I think it would suit you if you're on a budget. Otherwise, I say stick with the big 4. You really want one thar rocks? Go with the HONDA EX300/400.

HI, I could buy one of the big 4 bikes. Just can't bring myself to spend that kind of money. To spend that kind of money to putt around with him, just can't do it.

I ride with my 3 yr old who is now up to 7-10 km hr on the throttle limit. He seems to like riding but tommorow maybe he will hate it. If he likes riding and is serious about it I'll buy 2 good bikes or quads for us at a later date. Just looking for something kinda cheap and reliable to get our feet wet. I will go have a look at the 150 Dingo if there is one in town.

THANKS J.R.

the kids have a falcon 110 and i ride my honda recon. i echo ALL of the posts about the suspension on the kazuma...total crap if you're going over anything other than a dirt road. the minute the kazuma hits roots, rocks, ruts or stumps, the kids say they feel like a pinball. but....i weigh 220 (on a light day) and my boy weighs 135. the 110 falcon managed to haul us along dirt roads well enough.

and after reading the posts, i knew what i was in for in terms of mechanical problems....and really i haven't had any. but i did end up buying locktite by the gross and tons of metric wrenches and sockets!!!!

the 50-110 chainese quads are great for the money 500-800 dollars but now if you're thinking on spending more than $1500 on a chainese atv thats a differant story, i wouldn't spend more than $1500 on any chainese quad, no matter what size it is, i'm not saying the japs are any better they make their fair share of crap quads too, it's that they have dealers to support their crap where the chainese don't. the 110 is diffidently to small for an adult weighting 200lbs, the very minimum you should consider is a 200cc, my opinio is eaither spend less than $1500 for a new chainese quad or if you decide to spend more look at the used jap crap.
