I have a kazuma 110 baby falcon that runs fine but when i turn it off it wont start. The lights on the gear panel dim when i hit the start button the horn sounds like a wounded cow. I,ve disconnected all the plugs and still have problem. I think its a short but can't figure out where. Please help!!!

Is that why my battery only works one time when charged, because it needs to be replaced?
