My grandson,s Sunl 90 has A problem starting. The bat. check's out fine. Yet it won't even turn over unless you jump it. Could there be another problem or should I just replace the batt?[img]i/expressions/face-icon-small-confused.gif[/img]

 

It seems to me if it will turn over when you connect the charger to the battery but wont with it disconnected then either the battery is bad or not charged enough. The original battery on my daughter's sunl 70 worked for about a month or so. I replaced it with one from wal-mart - acid type battery. It's been holding up for months.

Do a search and you will find some batteries people have used on these.

Thank's Rodneygt, What size of battery did you get from walmart? I have looked at them but the one's they have on stock seem to big to fit in the battery compartment.[img]i/expressions/face-icon-small-disgusted.gif[/img]

 

It says "ES4LBS Everstart Max" on the side. Take the old one with you to compare. The one I have now is the same length and width but it is shorter than the original gel battery. You'll can take the new ones out of the box to compare. Box size can be misleading.

Like I mentioned above, if you use the search feature on this forum you should find some other numbers - they're not all numbered the same. I seem to recall seeing some other numbers on this site.
