2005 baja 50 starting problem

2005 baja 50 starting problem
hey, I just picked up a baja 50 from a friend. I cant get it to start it has no spark , some of the wires regarding the remote safty kill switch were cut a little ut i wanted to know if there is any way to bypass this or to start without it?
