The engine is compatible with the honda motor so parts shouldn't be an issue. I got a couple pics of my sons 90cc Extreme in my profile. It has AC nerf bars and bumper. I haven't taken a recent photo with the new graphics but it looks real sweet now. The bike is a total head tuner at the dunes.

I just got a Typhoon 125 for my son. The bike does rip down the trail, but like everyone it does have some minor problems. The rear brakes hang-up fixed by remounting the caliber. Loose bolts. The trottle is stiff even compared to my Z400. The shifter is stiff also. Per Xtreme they replaced the trottle with a metal housing assembly. The older assembly was easier to use. Trying to get one of them from Xtreme under warranty. The spring down at the Carb is for a Dirt Bike they said to shorten it by a 1"-1.5" Xtreme also has a adjustment for the shifter. Going to try thes mode this week. Probably going to put a toe heel shifter on the bike. Has anyone changed the air filter that sticks out the side?

did you have to rejet the quad? When I was taking to Xtreme Tech Support they said I would have to replace the main jet.
About the hard Shifter. Xtreme had this adjustment As far as the shifting, adjusting the clutch should help. On the clutch cover (right side of engine) there is an slotted adjuster with a lock nut. Crack the lock nut loose, turn the slotted adjuster counter-clockwise until it comes to a stop, then turn back clockwise about 1/8 of a turn and tighten locknut, while keep adjuster in same postition.

If you're just replacing the stock air filter for say a UNI or K&N then you won't need to rejet. There isn't that much difference in air flow. It's just a better quality filter.
Hey briankvardy, there is a basic wiring schematic in the owners manual. If you don't have one, you should be able to contact Xtreme for a new one.

You couldn't be more wrong on with that statement. There are thousands of factories that build the components on a chinese quads, and the money save will get you burned in the long run. The quad maybe assembeled in the same factory, but the parts are not from the same manufactuer. Just be carefull and to your homework.
