Make sure you have some high and medium strength lock tite. Once you recieve the quad inspect everything to make sure nothing is damaged. First thing is to install the wheels so you can move it around easier. Tighten the axle nuts and locktite the lug bolts. Tighten and locktite all the front suspension nuts and bolts with medium. Ball joints, tie rod ends, steering shaft etc... Locktite the motor mount bolts with high strength. Install handle bars and front bumper. The chain is super tight from factory. Losen chain till about 1/8" of play. Tighten all bolts in rear. Put acid in battery and put on supplied charger till charged. If it has a fuel filter thats great. If not then get one. It will make life easier. Install the filter between the tank and the carb. This will catch debris from the tank. If you do not have a filter the carb jets will get clogged. Change oil right away or you can run it for about 30 min for breakin then change it. Do not ride it with the factory oil in it. While doing breakin for the 30min you can tune the carb , set idle etc... Locktite all the bolts for the brake caliper with medium. Pretty much anything that you think you will not have to service you will use the high strength locktite. Things like brakes, ball joints, chain tensioner you use medium. The more nuts and bolts you locktite the more reliable it will be. This is the biggest problems with the chinese quads is things falling apart because of the vibrations. If you locktite everything nothing will fall off. After the break in change the oil with 15w40. The tires are over inflated from factory. Deflate down to about 7psi. Jump up and down on the front and rear suspension to help losen it up.

To tune the carb get the bike nice and hot. while running turn the air screw till it achieves the highest idle. Then you can turn the idle screw down to decrease idle. Turn the idle up till it starts to creep then turn back about 1/2 turn. This will help ease the starting process. Most quads can run at idle with a real low idle. These have to have a slightly higher idle. Once everything is tlocktighted, adjusted and oil changed let child rip on it for about an hour. Then recheck all major items. The mini falcon delux is a pretty tough quad with low maintenance. They hold up very well if you take the time to do the setup right. Setup makes ALL the difference in the world.
