sounds good, putting pro peg nerf bars and got my front wheels in.

 

is your drx a 2or 4 stroke if it is a 2 stroke i can show several different thing to do to it and not spend a ton of $$$

first thing you can do is change the rollors in the in the front clucth most of the time factory are to heavy i run a 4.2 in the front you can get them from hetrick racing if it already has a racing pipe you can put a pod filter on it instead of the factory filter at that piont you can start rejeting the carb most of the carb come with 75 jet i was able to go up to a 100 that made a big difference and these ajustments are just minor things you can also drill the rear clucth to make it lighter there also spring in that clucth that need to be changed for more stall speed off of the gate

you get all of these ajustments right it will make unreal difference in your quad and this all cost under a $100
get all of this done then you can start playing with thre gearing being that it is only a 50cc you need to put a 70cc jug and piston on it there are lots to choose from at that point also if it has a rev limiter that will have to be change also they also make bigger carbs that is a must. factory most of the time they are 17mm i have had a ported racing cylinder put on mine i am able to run a 24mm which is a major biggie we run keihn carb let me know i can tell you how to do all of this and where to get it i have spent hundreds of hours online price shopping

 

The DRR DRX's are not as restricted as other models. They come standard with a few goodies.

the drx has a good pipe not great but good. gearing jetting and some tuning is about all i can do and keep him in the stock class. we plan on running ama races in florida this coming year and have to keep close to stock to follow their rules. thanks for the ideas. Ken
