I jus bought 2 Redcat 150 Mpx's, suppose to pick them up next week. Does anyone have any exsperince with these quads? I am also looking to buy a Komoto
200 or 250 for myself. I am 6'-3 280# would this one work for me? We ride logging roads and cleared property on the weeekend no racing. ANy input would be helpful. I have had chinese quads in past and know what to expect as far as rechecking everything.

I too am looking to buy a utility for myself. I have totally ruled out Chinese, and given your size I would buy a used big 4 there is no reliable data on the Chinese utes. Go test drive a good uitilty or sport quad from the big 4 then ride a comparable chinese model. Thats the only way you will know.

 

Thanks, I once owned a Artic Cat 300 and was very disappointed in that machine. The dealer never could get it to run or idle right. I paid i believe 4,200 for it a regreted not buying a chinese quad. could have saved a ton of money. The only thing available then was the Skyhawk 150 and the dealeer had just sold it. So i was thinking a 200 or 250 would work well. just did not know about Kamoto, Jetmoto or Codra. All look pretty close to the same machine.

 

Call John at raceway Jetmoto has a new 250 ute, with raceway if you have problems he will take care of you . Given your size I would not go smaller than a 250.
