Another atv you can consider is the Kymco ATV's (http://www.strmotorsports.com/). They are the manufacturers for the Polaris and Arctic Cat machines and have alot more features (smaller things like headlights!!) then what you get on the TRX90. Also the polaris seems to get good ratings on the features but bad reviews on the weight and durability (of course this is relative to others).

What Polaris quads are from Kymco?

 

They are the OEM manufacturer of the 'under 150cc atv's for Polaris, Arctic Cat, Can-Am and Kawasaki brands. Mainly the 50 and 90 cc models. They also offer a better warranty than the others at a full 1 year. I will prolly move towards one once my daughter gets a little older and moves out of her Meerkat 50.

 

The predator is nice but we would like a green sticker since we are in CA and they require it sometimes during the riding season.

I think we will just keep looking.

You actually have many choices for the 2007 model year. Start with the Kymco Mongoose 504T, and the Mongoose 90 they are 4 strokes and Green Sticker for California. Polaris Outlaw 90 is the new 4 stroke for 07 it has daytime running lights and even comes with a helmet for your children. [img]i/expressions/face-icon-small-smile.gif[/img] Next look at the new Kawasaki KFX90, Arctic Cat DVX90, and Suzuki QuadSport Z90. Don't forget the Honda TRX90, this would be my choice but again I'm am a little more partial to Honda's than any of the other quads I listed. Yamaha also has 4 stroke models to look at, the Raptor 80, Grizzly 80 and possibly the Grizzly 125 for the 8 year old.

Go out and pick up a Cycle Trader there are so many dealers in the mag that all you need to do is pick one, take your kids with you and have them sit on each model to find out which models fit them best. All the quads I listed are Green Sticker for 2007.
