i bougt a baja heat mini bike im pleased with the quality but it lacks power i seams it has a govener but i already took the one off i found my freind goes almost 40 mine can only go 15.

 

Did you unplug the limiter wire on the cdi? Also there is a limiter screw on the cdi that you can turn out.

 

NO WHERE WOULD THE SPEED LIMITER BE?

 

I am not sure where it is on the bike but I do know that Baja puts them on all the smaller bikes and quads. The cdi is a little box with some wires going into it. It will also have a small hole where a screw sets inside. Does your manual not explain the limiters?
