the mpx 90 from redcat is a good deal im not sure if the mpx 90sgt is in stock yet but i would go to redcatmotors.com find a local dealer and see one first.
at a dealer it is setup RIGHT they know what needs to be done. plus you get a 1 years warranty online. only six month on motor only. my ex girl friend is a redcat dealer.my son still works for her so i know

Thanks for everyone?s opinions but I think we have decided to go with a Jackel 110r. We went to see one a local dealer yesterday and the fit and finish was very impressive, styling was very nice and believe it or not the suspension seemed soft and responsive even with my son on it which is not typical for a Chinese quad. The new model has dual a-arm front suspension, a beefy swing arm with grease fittings, axels that are comparable to my kfx 400, and a 3 speed transmission with reverse. This is also a green sticker model here in CA. Once I get it I will give everyone a review of it.

work2play,
Congratulations on your new Jackel. I'm sure your son will be real excited when he get his new ride.
Here is your CARB Executive Order Number to take with you to the DMV just in case you do not get your CARB sticker. Jackel 90cc-150cc
If you don't mind me asking where is there a Chinese quad dealer in Moorpark? Do they only carry the Jackel line or do they carry other Chinese models. I'm one city over from Moorpark and I would like to go take a look at the quads sometime.
Thanks for any info.
SB.

smb05,
the dealer that i found the Jackel at is in Camarillo called California Dirt Sport. he is actually a distributor so he mainly just has crates of quads there but he does have a couple models built and will build them for you if you want to buy one. He is off Verdugo, I don't have the address right now but his phone number is 805-987-5190, his name Is Tim Davis.
I picked mine up on Sun morning. I have rode it around for about 10 min, it is very smooth rideing quad, the suspension is very cush. it is geared kind of high but I will change the front sproket whcih shoudl take care of that.
If you want to see my sons 110r I am in Moorpark. PM me and I will give you my address. The quad will be here after xmas when Santa delivers it.
