Default SunL 110 ATV ; Valve clatter & power loss

I just bought a SunL 110 for my kids, they have approx 4 hrs on the unit. My wife was riding the youngest around the yard yesterday and I noticed what sounded like the valves makeing an awful clatter at high RPM's. There was also a noticeable power loss at the time. Any Ideas? I am guessing the valves need to be adjusted now that the unit is broke in, but I am not positive how to do it. Please Advise

That is a great post....however I have to chime in... you want them set at .004, it will run at .002, however they can tighten up again quickly (especially on little Kazuma 50's) & you will have to do it again. We do all ours at .004 & have very few back in at 10-20 hours to do them again.
