I bought this uni air filter stuff in like 12x20 sheet about 3/8" thick.

I wrapped it around my stock filter,cut it to fit.Afterwards,I put air filter oil on it,and used zip ties to hold it on.It's stayin on,but should I have glued it,or perhaps bought the whole filter?
If glue,where would I get the stuff?

Regardless,it's better than not havin it on it at all.
