Default widen a e ton 40?

Anyone know of a way to widen a little e ton rascal 40? Two of my older kids have rolled it turning in the yard and my 3 yr old is getting big enough now to start learning on it and would like to widen it for his safety and his mothers peace of mind. Any help would be appreciated even if some has a home made set up i could get a look at it would be great Thanks.

Default widen a e ton 40?

i built a +6 in kit for my kids 90cc predator. I used flat iron brackets to move the mounting points for the a-arms out 3in on each side. i got the idea from diamondjcustoms.com. also moved the top shock mount out 3 in on each side. then i just bought the +3 in whell spacers for the rear.

good luck

How about using wheel spacers or offset rims or both?

On a small quad like this the bump steer from these add ons will be minimal

With a bigger quad I wouldn't recomend this..

These may be cost effective ways to get a little more stability

Problem with the spacers and all is the wheels mount to the spindles not a hub may just have to relocate the front a arm mounting points on the frame out wider and reweld and the same with the shock mount. even when i resell it will be more stable and safe for the next youngin unless there are some other ideas?
