Default Help with carb.

This is what happened I got my atv 110cc Kazuma bought 4 of them and 2 of the machines are having carb problems. Now here goes, I took the breather off cleaned it (was nice and clean) I then took carb apart cleaned it with carb cleaner and unscrewed all jets but counted each jet by turns. Then cleaned jets (carb cleaner) replaced jets also replaced spark plug and changed gas. Also did the modification to the needle in the carb. But they run good when there running lol, but the only thing now is these machines have to have the choke on quarter of the way. To idle good, run good and with the choke off the will not stay running no matter what,
Do I live with this problem or is there a fix, any help appreciated

thanks Rammer
Ps. Also when I received these units I never new about the gel pack in the carb.. So I ran them right away?

I tried all of your carb tune up tips but this atv will not run at all with the choke off it has to be on a quarter in order to run it shuts right off when i turn the choke off

Are you sure you have the idle high enough to make any adjustments? And when you say the jets do you mean you took the float bowl off and took the jets out? The jets should be tight. The only thing that you count turns is the air screw.

Yes I took the float off and took the jets out blew them out and tightened them back to normal. There where 2 of them, tighten right up like they where . Also before, I took the air screw and the idle jets out I counted the turns just to put them back to factory settings. Also the atv will not idle or run with the choke off .So i turned it on a quater and turned the idle right up tried turning the choke off slowly and shuts off like your turning a switch

Are you sure the idle jet was cleaned out? Did you look down the jet, like looking thru a straw...and see light from the far side? Lots of times just blowing air thru the jet wont do it, the deposits are dried on so hard. It might take a small wire, like one strand of a 20 gauge stranded wire, to unblock the jet. If you cant clear the blockage, buy a new jet.
