Great info MPK123. Keep us updated on your feedback.
Did you have a manual specfic to the 110 cc mini hummer or was it just the generic one off of the ebay website? If you have a link to a specfic 110 cc manual I would love to have it please.
After reading about a month or so feedback on Allstarz on Ebay it seems that the shipping company UPS has gotten most of the bad credit from the feedback. Broken plastics in damaged shipping crates, lost shipping boxes and shipping crates turned upside down with oil running out of some bikes. I am a trucker/delivery driver with a multi national food distrubution company (Sysco) and some drivers just dont care especially if it is contracted out of the orginal shipper to be delivered outside the major cities. I live about 30 km's from St. John's the captial city of NL. (hope I am in the UPS direct delivery area) I have had a few thing delivered by private contractors and yep you rite a old jollopy burning more oil then gas and loaded down with freight and piled high so it looks like a Nascar its so low. Its to bad from what I read it seems that "John", (I guess the owner of Allatarz Sales) has been doing alot to help out when ever he can. I have seen very few bad posts on the customer service and we are not even paying alot for the mini quads. That makes me feel a little comfortable. One question which still lurks in the back of my mind is PARTS. OH MY GOD I SAID IT Well some things you just got to have the orginal part for! Allstarz sales seem to have some parts but how many diffrent parts and types? Well I guess i'll have to cross that bridge latter on but I'll be doing my best to insure that I have done everthing to prevent needing a OEM part. Anyway got to do some mechanic housework "vacuming" Da wife is calling out Should of went out on the bike today even if I had to push it through 2 feet of snow

The manual comes with the bike. Myself Im not all too worried about parts. There are all sorts of parts available on ebay. These bikes are basically disposable because of their cheap price too, so as long as I get a few trouble free years out of it Ill be happy.

I have owned one of these little quads for about 6 months with plenty of problems, within the first hour of riding practically every bolt and nut came loose so with some loctite i fixed that problem then the chain snaped on me so i bought a chain from a local motorcycle shop to fix that.Another prob i found was with the rear swing arm bushing wearing out extremely fast and it caused a lot of lateral movement which would cause the chain to come off, i bought another swing arm from allstarsales and that ones bushings wore out to so i hade to put a solid bushing in that i made myself and that solved that problem now the carb is acting up, but when the atv is running right its a great quad.

Thanks Ghost6ix for your experiance. I wonder is there any location you could put a grease nipple in the rear swing arm to so that lubrication could be added and prevent premature ware. Let us know how you make out with it

Thanks for all the great info here in this thread. After reading it I ran out to the local autoparts store and grabbed some oil and a new spark for our new 50cc Giovanni and gave the machine a once over.

First thing was I found the factory oil kind of thick even though it was 24C here in Southern Ontario here today. I changed the oil and even flushed a little bit of new stuff through for good measure.

Replaced the factory Torch Lite plug out for the NGK equivalent.

Tightened all lose bolts. Found the tie rod ends, control arms and even the drivers front wheel bearing loose.

Tied all the loose wiring up and away from the suspension, found the wires just hanging here and there with some resting on srings for the suspension.

Here is a picture of my daughter on the machine.

Gio 110 The NGK plugs are CR7HSA, #018-3670-6, and are in a red package.

These are shipped with vegetable oil mix for shipping, I drained the oil, refilled with a 10/40, cranked it over and drained it again. There was still some of the old oil in it, it's easy to see diffent colours and doesn't mix together. So after a short run I changed it a second time.
