Has anyone had any experience with or know anything about the Shinima 200 Bushman? I am new to the 4 wheeler market, and am not loaded by any means. I am looking to pick up a few Chineese machines so I can get out and ride casually with my family. Maybe even get a little dirty with a couple friends from time to time. I have been doing some research (way too much!!!) for some time on the Chineese imports and must say I am feeling a bit overwhelmed. The Shinima was referred to another member in a dfferent post yesterday, and when I checked it out it seemed like the machine for me, given the money that I am willing to spend.

I spoke with someone at Shinima today. I guess they are the former Yamoto. Is that right?

I have the 250A. No problems to report. I got if from a different internet co. but I think its the same - at least thats what was written on the side of the crate. I have heard of good reports concerning Shinima.

 

yea they got in some sort of law suit with yamaha and one of the condishions was they had to change their name bc it was to close to theirs, but i have the old 200cc sport yamoto,only problem is that the suspension sucks but the shinima ones look a lot better! i mean look way more quality, i think you should get it! but are the 250's all 2wd? because my dad has an old suzuki 250 4x4 that doesent look as good but have diff lock and everything thats probly better than the shinima's and he got it for $2,000 but its 2001 and the shinima's come with a 1 year warranty so i think its a great deal!
