Here's another one... its funny.

#48. In spite of all these safety precautions being followed, you are unfortunate enough to injure yourself, please seek medical attention immediately.

Thanks for the advice.

[And then the picture right next to all these safety rules is a guy riding on "unlevel" terrain, not wearing a helmet.]

That type of translating is not just limited to the Chinese atvs.

I have seen similar translating in instructions on other Chinese made equipment. Always good for a laugh!

"Warning: Do not block the carburetor overflow pipe in any case, the gas could run into crack case if this pipe been block"

"Make sure the oil lever is between the required lever wich marked on the dipstick"

I still to this day have not found my "oil lever"

"34. Check that the ATV(throttle) accelerator and cables, are free and working. A jammed throttle can cause an expensive, or injurious accident."

Stick to the cheap accidents, they're much better. And we certainly wouldn't want anyone to have an "injurious" accident.

"It adopts American material A356 and has good function for heat conduction and high quality radiator, which can avoid the aging of tyres."

"You can sit on the humane seat and grasp the good-feeling handle, specially putted on the engine front part?s foot paddle, and you can sit heroic and drive very handsome."

"Ride under the instructions or a competent teacher, until you are an experienced rider."

I have found it far easier to ride under the instructions. The competent teacher on top of me makes it hard to see where you're going!!

I would hate to see what the inhumane seat is like. Probably spikes and all sorts of nasty stuff. But hey, you'll be sitting heroic and driving handsome so I guess it doesn't matter.

There's no way I can top grasping the Good-feeling handle in order to sit heoric, but I do have some Engrish to offer.

This is from the battery instructions with a Hi-Bird 200:

"Vehicle if start bad, light obscure, the trumpet make a sound bright, should on time unload battery complement order."
