does anybody know the ngk sparkplug number for this quad

and also what is the spark gap on this quad

has anybody had a problem with the gas tank neck cracking ive bought 2 gas tanks and both did it

I can't tell you what the gap should bem but my tank neck cracked as well. I fixed mine so that it would never do it again. I emptied the tank and cleaned around the inside of the neck. Then I mixed up some JB Weld and coated the entire inside of the neck with it. Gives the neck another layer that will not crack. Never had another problem again after that. You can get JB Weld in tubes at Lowes/Home Depot or your local hardware store. It's good stuff.

hey godilove2ride did you put that jb weld on the inside or around the outside
and if you put it in the inside you never had problems with the gas dissolving it?

 

I coated the entire inside of the neck, and gas will not dissolve the JB Weld once it's cured. I used the JB Quick Weld that cures in a few hours.

we've got 2 - 50 cc kazuma's that had the same gas tank problems........ I think I will try the JB Weld trick also.......
