After ordering an 11 tooth from RedCat that was the wrong pitch,they sent me a 12 tooth that was.I didnt send the other one back,yet but I need to,to compensate for the price,even though they charge for restocking.

I makes a pretty good bit of difference in the torc,the 11 probly wouldve been too much.First gear is really low now,second pulls me and my son around the yard without luggin down.There is still a big gap between second and third,but I think it will be good for him on the trails.He only ways about 60 lbs.

 

did you get an 11 tooth or a 12 tooth on your ATV? also what size/kind of ATV is it?

 

Man,Im sorry about the deley in response,just havent been into it lately.

At first it was an 11 tooth,but it was the wrong pitch so it didnt work.Called RedCat and they was nice enough to send me the right with no additional charge.
I could send the 11 tooth back for a partial refund but havent yet,might not.

I have a RedCat VX 110.

Took over to my parents house for Easter,I let my son ride some by himself,but I like to ride also.
I dont need to ride,I like to put my thumb in the carb too far.I think I my ride too hard,it aint a namebrand.But I think itll hold up for a while.

The 12 tooth gears it down alot,its better that the 14 that came on it for me.
