Did you clean the carb yet?
That's first in my book.
Plug got a good blue spark?
Compression?

Probably not getting any fuel.

Put a teaspoon of fuel int he spark plug hole and try to start it. If it fires right up...you have just narrowed your issue down to the carb.

Make sure your petcock is actually on...sometimes the Chinese get on/off confused. Also, make sure your gas cap is venting and you dont have a vacuum on your gas tank...hat happens too.

This happens to me on my 150cc buggy - chinese engine... It is always a fuel problem.

I second the spark plug idea. I have the Sunl mini 110.. was running good, then would not start, just gurgle for a second or two. Replaced the cheap chiniese knock-off spark plug with an NGK, and it runs better than new.. starts first try every time. Also, make sure you have at least half a tank of gas, as the carb doesn't get fed right if the fuel is low depending on how your fuel line is run.
