Default clutch help on sunl 110st

clutch just slips. kid got hung up in mud hold and probably burned it up. I need a place to start. Pulled the left side cover off and looks to be stator. Is the clutch on the other side...assuming yes....do I first drain the oil? Is there any adjustment ?

thanks in advance....btw, no manual on the web that I can find.

Yes the clutch is on the right hand side of the motor. Take the center cover off (meaning there may be a cover in the center on the engine that says Sunl.) When this is off you should see a 10mm nut on a threaded rod coming from the engine. Loosen this little nut and try to turn the threaded rod with a screw driver. (There is a cut in the rod that a smaller screw driver will fit in.) Try to adjusts this a little bit and see if she grabs better.

Raceway,

I adjusted the clutch. started with about 2 turns to the left. Nothing so i went a couple more turns left. Then it would not shift into gear. Then tried to go back to the right and now the slotted shaft will not turn in either direction.

Now what? Time to drain oil? By the way was a 13mm nut on this Sunl 110.

thanks for your help....

Well, i tried to take the clutch apart. Could not get the screws out that hold jn the clutch. Just bought a impact screwdriver and going to try that.

Do I take the 4 inside or 4 outside screws out?

I am having the same problem with my sons Kazuma 110. Although I was able to adjust the clutch for more grip. Not enough for me to ride it though. So I also goin have to replace clutch. I have never replaced a clutch before so if/when you fix yours could you leave some pointers?

well, i have been pretty busy with business. Got back to pulling the screws oit of the clutch. The inner 4 screws reveal the circular nut with 4 keyways. Obviously, I now need that special socket.

Anybody know where to find one of these?

Here you go. Oil Filter & Clutch Hub Spanner For Honda I would call first to make sure it fits your application.

Good Luck.
