have you done the clutch mod.. i had somewhat the same problem but mine was hard to start and would not idle for nothing then the guy at raptor 80 racing told me to do the clutch mold and i have not had a problem since then.

 

I finally fixed it!!! Maybe somebody can explain this to me but I just happened to check the oil, since I was trying to cool down after an hour of working on this today. I noticed the oil was just barely showing up on the dip stick so I topped it off and started it again. What a difference..... 5 minutes later everything works great now.

 

perhaps the low oil condition was keeping the oil pump from being able to get enough oil on the cylinder wall to maintain cylinder compression.

glad you found it and hopefully the low oil condition hasn't caused any permanent damage or premature wear.
