Scrambler 90/50 Top end

Scrambler 90/50 Top end
I have 2001 Scrambler 50. Is it possible to change the top end of the engine to a 90cc.
What I mean is, can I remove the cylinder, piston and rings from the 50cc and replace it with a 90cc cylinder, piston and ring set?
Could I just buy the 90cc cylinder, piston and ring set and bolt it on the the 50cc lower half and now I have a 90cc machine?
Any help would be great.
