E-ton viper 90r dies when reving in gear
I just added a 52mm ported cylinder from hetricks there b52 added a keihin 20mm carbon reeds hetrick hi comp head. and hetrick pipe. Ive got it jetted at 115 on the main it starts and idles and rev great in Nuetral. I let the rpm's drop and shift into forward it still idles ok I can start to open the carb really slow and it will rev some if I crack it open WOT it dies sounds almost like it's running out of fuel. I just gotr a new plug so I'm checking jetting with the plug next. any help would be great thanks

Stick your hand over part of the air filter while you gas it and see if it takes off or remove the air filter and partly cover it with you fingers. Mines not ported but I'm running a 105 main with a similar set up. Anyway, I think probably your jetting is off.

idle to 1/4 throttle is controlled by the pilot circuit and reving in nuetral wont mean anything compared to at speed under load, which uses the main jet. sounds like your mains to big to me, our 52mm non ported runs best with a 92.5 main at basically sea level (700 ft above) but the plug test is best if you get it to WOT, just keep droppin till she rips the go back up a size is what i do
