Default Eton 90r will not move in forward

I have a Eton 90R and for some reason it has no power when in forward gear. It will go okay in Reverse, but not with as much power as usual. I can put a block under the rear wheels and the wheels turn fine in forward, but when on the ground it will not move. I checked the fluid and it was low, so I added 90W gear oil.

Any ideas? Any help would be much appreciated.

Thanks for the advice. I tried that and it is working fine now. A little water come out of the drain and the spark arrestor was completely clogged up. I guess I was working on the wrong end.

Thanks again.
