I have installed the CDI, pipe, and air cleaner from CT racing on my son's 2006 ltz50. It will hardly run above an idle now and needs to be re-jetted. I didn't get the jet kit from them and was wondering if anyone has that could tell me what sizes they include so I could buy them locally. Also, does the needle need to be moved and the air screw adjusted? Thanks.

Ok, Im not sure of the size jet , but you should only have to go up a few sizes. Make sure you only get Genuine Mikuni jets. Yes, dealers sell knock offs!!!! Genuine jets have a tiny "R" with a square to the side of it inscribed. Also , I think they(CT RACING) are having some issues with that CDI box. You might want to try your original CDI box and see if it runs better. One last thing, There is a good thread going about the LTZ50. "NO POWER LTZ50" Is the name of the thread if I can remember correctly. Search that title. They got alot of info!! Hope that helps.

I purchased the same kit but with the jet kit. The jetting according to the graph on CT's web site is 75main and 22.5 for the idle jet. That was the jetting for lower California elevation. depending on where you live you may have to go lower.
