Start with safety! Widen that thing out a little first. DO NOT use spacers up front. Front needs to be done with extenders or longer A-arms. Spacers are fine in the rear. Next I would move on to tires and gearing - huge difference. Then clutches. If after that your still ambitious and not broke, move onto the motor.

Start with finding a motor builder that not only does the motor but the clutchs too. They have to work together.
