well 2 and 1/2 hours and I got it almost done. all but steering and brakes. had to fab alittle. grinding a little on a cross member. a little snug on frame. the rest not really a problem. just snug all bolts until all together. then tighten. looks awsome. Ill finish tomarrow and let you know the outcome

took for a ride. steering very aggressive. turns like a fork lift. have to put stoppers so you dont turn and roll. will ride more and let you know. it does look awsome. alot of W.T.F. looks from people driving down the rode.

its not that cheap. I got the used parts on ebay for around 200.00 and I need new tires and wheels approx. 300.00. then the kit from diamond j is 500.00. so it will be another grand and after I send the motor to jack(lt80) I got another 700.00 to a 1000.00. but when I ride it people will say (WTF is that!!!). and I can just smile.

quad price --------700.00

jacks motor ---------700.00 to a 1000.00

worthless addons---------1000.00

WTF look on peoples face value---------------priceless

and remember my understanding wife ---------priceless</end quote></div>

Now that's funny!

the kit sucks. dimond j wants you to r&d it for them. they say they have great cust service but when I wanted a refund for a kit that should have never been sold they said too bad. even though you cant ride it with the kit on. good luck on selling it. I just through it away. 400.00 of worthless metal

the castor on the front end is positive 35 degrees. so when you hit a bump it rips the bars from your hands
