starting problem with Redcat 70

starting problem with Redcat 70
Need your help people... I have a 70cc Redcat for my grandson. Gotten to the point that the only way to start it is with remote starter and jumper cables. Is it feasable to get rid of the remote starting system and just using normal starter switch and if so how. I notice all wires going into remote contraption don't come out.
