Default Taotao 250-d

I just purchased a 250-d last month and the time I have rode it the front end has had a popping sound. I have checked all the nuts and cotter pins everytime I ride it and they are all tight. I noticed yesterday while checking the nuts and bolts on the front end that the upper lower ball joints on both sides are extremely loose inside the a-arms and I am afraid that if I put it into a rough terrain ride it will snap them. Is there any ball joints that will interchange with the Taotao ball joints or do I have to replace the a-arms? I am trying to work with the dealer in Dallas, Tx. that sold it to me but it seems they are more concerned about selling and not repairing since the owner said in a very chinese voice "we sell no fix".

I have the same atv but haven't noticed this problem yet.

This company sells a lot of Chinese atv parts

They have some ball joints here:

I called the Taotao office in Dallas and they had me call a guy in Dallas and he told me to bring the a-arms down and he would replace them with new ones.
