Fuel leaking from air filter---loncin 110cc

a couple days ago I noticed that my Kids 110cc Loncin engine was starting in the cold(15degrees F) with NO choke, after sitting over night. If I would turn the choke on it would die. I looked at the hoses coming out of the carb(I think they are for overflow?)the one longer one was dripping gas slowly.
Well, after running it for a while yesterday, and running it up the ramp into the truck(pretty steep angle) I looked in the back of the truck this morning, and there was gas that had been dripping out of the air filter.
Can anyone help guide me in the right direction on why this could be happening, and how to fix it?
I would like to be able to use the choke when needed, and stopp it from spilling gas.
Thanks in advance, everyone.

it sounds like ur float is sticking in ur carb. You see what happens is the bowl on the bottom of ur carbeurator fills up with gass, and by doing so closeing the float, each time u give it throttle it uses a little gas and ur bowl will fill back up and close the float. so whats happen is ur float is getting stuck causing the carbeurator to stay full of gas and force it out the over flow and in some cases the air filter.
the same thing happened to my loncin 70cc good luck hope it helps.
