I just ordered a Hetrick's power up kit for my son's 03 eton 90, I will post the installation and power change result as soon as possible.

Im not sure which kit you bought, but If its dialed in, it will be night and day. one word of caution, the piston that comes with the 54mm kit and the port and polished head do not work well together. I could not get good compression out of the piston. Even ordered another one from them for $95 and still no luck. I sent it all back to them and they could not find anything wrong with it. Luckily I had a previous 110 kit and reused the piston kit from there. Good luck!

 

I ordered the power-up kit C with the following:

Full Chrome Exhaust System, Clutch Recalibration Kit (Front Variator Weights, Rear Torsion Spring, Rear Shoe Springs), Hetrick Racing Unlimited RPM CDI Box, UNI Air Box Vents, Main Jet, High Performance Exhaust Gasket and Instructions.
