Hi. What size are the threads on the original plug?

I have machining experience and may be able to provide some in site that will help you make a decision.

I'm curios to know, have you been using a torque wrench, and how many ft/lbs are you using? This could help others to avoid this problem your having.

Edit; Please provide the numbering info on the spark plug its self.

Thanks, Buyingchina.

original plug is 10mm x 1.75 .500 reach drilling and tapping hole is no problem a thread insert or helicoil for a 10mm plug is same size and thread as a 12mm plug just wondering if a bigger plug would have less spark with stock ignition. i do not use a torqe wrench and dont have numbers right now im at work thanks
