My brother has about a 4 year old kazumma 50. It is one before they went to auto transmissions. In order for us to be able to start it when it is cold we must turn up the idle screw and roll start it. Once the motor is hot we can back down the idle screw and it will start with the electric start. Anyone have any ideas whould could be the problem? I am guessing the carb but not sure what in the carb. As they only cost about 30 bucks for a new one i have thought about just getting a new one. Anyways any ifno would be appreciated. Also please keep in mine i am not very mechanically minded.

I would say adjust the valves.... only because once its hot it works fine. Set them at Top Dead center at .004 I would almost bet that is the problem.
