SunL Typhoon 110 hard starting
My son's Hanma (imported by Sunl) was hard starting. Look to see if there was a adjustment on the choke. There was, but you could only move the cable in or out and not on the cable throw. If I adjusted to close the choke all the way then it would not open all the way. If I adjusted to open all the way it would not close all the way, which made it hard to start. This is how the factory had it, made it real hard to start when cold. I now just use my finger to manually hold the choke all the way closed and it starts right up. Might have to hold it shut for a few seconds. Once it runs on it's own you can use the choke normally, which only takes a few seconds.

The only manual that I have found is this forum. But really, the 110cc MIC engine, from what I have found is based on the 70cc, 110cc Honda engines from the 70's. The engines are a direct bolt in for the Honda CT70 and early Honda three wheelers. I believe you should be able to get manuals for these units since they are still popular.
