Default Air Filter change?

Just got a SunL 90 quad for my daughter. Running well so far but I have read that most people change the stock air filter. Looks like to even get to the air filter I would need to take most of the plastic body off, is that how its done? Is there any modifications that make this easier?

Default Air Filter change?

Magbolt,

Please do not quote me on this, but I do seem to recall a post that wanted to replace the stock air filter with an aftermarket. I believe someone wrote that a potential problem is that you may have to replace the jet(s) to accumadate the added volume of air, if not other things such as hotter-colder spark plug.

Again, I cannot recall if this is true or not, but this is something that you would want others to address before you go off and buy one.

I can't see whey you would have to go through all of that to get to the air filter box. My son's Eton is accessible under the left front tire fender.
