my son has a polaris scrambler 90cc. i am trying to determine what size carburator is has so i can get a replacement. nowhere in the polaris parts manual does it specify the actual size of the carburator. how do i figure out which carb will work on my sons quad?

 

I should know the size but I can't remember. Just go to anytingatv.com. They sell Eton parts but it would be the same carb I think that the scrambler would run. For some reason 28mm sticks in my head but I can't say for sure.

 

i did alot of searching last night and found the carb on the polaris scrambler 90 is a mikuni vm16-438 (16mm). unfortunately, can't find another vm16 online for sale past polaris oem parts, which is $300 for the carb. i can get a pe22, race intake, uni filter and race throttle cable for about 2/3 of that price..
