Default ? about a battery on chinese atv's

Can you switch out the battery on these with one like in name brand atv's. These things (110cc bmx 707 my sons) look like power wheels batterys. We took the float off today and adjusted it and got the gas to quit going out the overflow and changed the oil from what was in it to a better brand and it finally started up . Now for our next problem we went down the road and it ran fine then my wife went down road and went up a big hill and it quit. It acts like the battery is weak so back to the charger. How long do you need to charge these things? So far we have had it for 2 days and rode it for 10 min .

If it has the same amp level and fits it should work.. quad should run with no battery though.. Id guess you have charging problems if it wont run without a battery fully charged

Nope the KTM is at home and nothing here could take my abuse. When and if the Jetmoto 350 gets here Ive been told that there is a place in the mountains to ride it. Only good thing is I climb more stairs here in 1 day than I have in my whole life. My office is on 4th floor, and apartment is on 4th floor of a different building. Cant wait to get home and see how long I can ride the KTM without getting tired. My sons are very worried considering Im down to 212lbs. Left at 225lbs. 215lbs was my old Race Ready Weight.
