I just bought my 12 years old a SunL 110st ATV (I think, has part with a big "S" like their logo, see last pic - looks just like it.), possibly a 2002 or 2003 model. Hard to tell which one because the guy I bought it from put on Yamaha Blaster skins and seat on it.

After getting it home and playing for awhile I parked it in my garage and woke up to seeing it had marked it's territory. While it is a minor leak which can be monitored, I still want to fix it and this engine seems very simple and could be a great place for my son and i to learn about small engine repair.

Does anyone have a manual for this model? more importantly I would really love an engine manual for it so we could disassemble it and replace all the gaskets and torque everything down properly.

Pick up a honda ct 70 repair manual or a honda 70cc and 90cc 4 trax manual. Late 70 to early 80s. Most of the chinese engines are copies of honda. 50,70,90 and 110 are copies of the motor in a ct70.

 

I just looked the manual i use is a Clymer repair manual for Honda atc,trx and four trax 70cc-125cc 1970-1987. You can get one off the internet for around $20. The ct70 manuals are a little harder to find. The clymer manual will have all the engine specs you need.

 

Turns out the block is cracked.....I should have just bought a new one.....anyone know a good "trustworthy" place to buy a new enigine? 3 speed auto with reverse?
