yamaha champ 100 clutch ?

yamaha champ 100 clutch ?
I just installed a new set of clutches in my champ 100 and now the clutch wont disengaugeat idle. As soon as i let down on shifter it takes off. Ive had it apart a few times and when i reassemble its the same. What am i doing wrong??
