suzuki lt80 wont turn over

hey you guys im having a problem with me 2005 suzuki lt80. my atv wont turn over. i have no clue what 2 do about it, how do i get it to turn over???? please someone help me i haven't driven it in so long

Is the e-brake lever up? Is the battery good? Does the relay under the seat click?

yes the e-brake is up,and i just got a new battery and its fully charged, and the relay under the seat doesnt click

You can narrow it down to switches & relay by pulling the plug from the relay (little black box under seat) and jumping the 2 big wires and see if the starter spins.

well my dad says the starter spins and he thinks it has something thing to do with the carborator or the timeing is the problem what do u think we can do about that
