Question on Dinli lights?

Question on Dinli lights?
I just picked up an '04 Dinli DiamondBack 90 for my son, it has a headlight switch and lenses but there are no headlights in it. I was wondering if anyone has seen a kit or came up with a homebuild that looks good. I haven't taken it completly apart but I don't see that there are any sockets for bulbs either.
