Hi everyone, I removed the jumper on the cdi box on this thing , it does run a little stronger. But still bogs down full throttle . Is there any cheap upgrades : airbox mod and rejet??? Any help ideas would be greatly appreciated thank you!

You could probably put a pod air filter on it and would help but I would bet you would need to rejet and I wouldn't know where to tell you to start.

I think that I would go up at least 2 or 3 sizes to be safe and watch the spark plug that will be your tell tale sign. I know that a pod filter may require more maintance because it is out in the open but they flow much better.

You need to determine why it is bogging at full throttle..How does the plug look?I would check the fuel system and make sure it is getting lots of fuel to the carb..Is there any kind of spark arrestor on the exhaust that might be plugged up?...Is the engine a two stroke or 4 stroke?
