I would go to the site sponser & look at the Kid Atvs 90. Call them for a better price than what is online.

The Razor Quad has been just right for starting out my six grandchildren as they grow into it.

I started on a Baja 90... no complaints.

I also agree with wood, that the razor quad is better smaller children to start riding on.

My 7 year old has been happy with his Panterra 90. It runs well. We have a parts bike that was severely beat on and held up to it. I see them from time to time on Criagslist for $200-500. panterra 90 atv site:craigslist.org

Our neighbor has the Razor and the battery life is quite poor and the battery is burried inside the unit so you can't just swap to a fresh battery easily. On the other hand we have had a Power Wheels 12v ATV that has worked great for 4 years. My son got it when he was 3 and has learned the basics on it. He had no trouble switching to a gas ATV after riding the power wheels for 4 years.

If you're going to put them on something that is gonna see any type of trail, DO NOT get them something without a suspension.

Yes, the smaller 50 and 90cc quads don't have much of one, but even that little bit will help them learn how a quad really works.

I'd be getting a nice 50cc machine.
