Default China 110 drives all by its self.

Hi,
So here's the deal with my fairly new China 110 atv.
With it totally warmed up after at least 20 minutes of riding, I will be cruising at about 10 mph and release the throttle, but it will act like the throttle is slightly open and continue to drive along. If I blip the throttle or grab the brake, it will drop back down to idle. It idles perfectly, the throttle is smooth and doesn't seem to stick, and the spark plug looks like it's running a good mix, but is this possibly from running too rich? It really starts to get annoying when it does it every time.
That's the only real issue, although I just managed to permanently jam the clutch by cruising down a smooth hill at 20 mph with the engine OFF and somehow the centrifugal clutch engaged and jammed. I'll have to tear it apart for that one.

Ya there are many chinese brands out there and some are just junk! It depends on what brand you got and so far I owned chinese ATV Hensim for about a year now and it works great, not much problem and just worry about parts, however, I recently found parts online at partschampion site for pretty good deal on chinese parts. Good luck
