falcon 110 won't start
What do you mean by "no juice"? This could statement could mean anything from nothing electrical working, starter wont turn, a really slow turning starter, or no spark.
With the ignition on:
1) Do the headlights work?
2) Do the brake lights work?
Do the above two tests with and without the charger hooked up.
When you try to start:
3) Do you hear a click?
4) Starter turns normally? Not at all? Or too slowly?
Some more questions:
5) What is the voltage across the battery terminals?
6) Did this ever work, or did it die after some run time?
7) Does this bike have an alarm and/or remote start system?

I got the thing to start but in an odd way. I changed the fuse and it started to crank over but would not start. I had spark, fuel but still it wouldn't start. A friend said to take the carburator off and see if there was any blockage, there was no blockage so I took the bowl off to inspect, there was no fuel in the bowl! I thought this was odd so I checked to see if there was any blockage in the fuel line, no. I put it all back together and it started! My friend said that maybe the float was stuck and would not allow fuel to enter the bowl. Has anyone reported this problem before? I ran it for 40 minutes and let it cool. I am going to let it run again this morning and then change the oil. I should be good to go, correct? Thanks for the help!!!!!

Sounds like it was just the fuse & possibly air locked, sometimes when a machine won't start right off, we take the fuel line off until you have good gas flow & then connect it back to the carb, then open the drain screw on the bottom of the carb & make sure gas is coming out of the carb bowl.
